Aura (“we”) is an iOS app for in-store virtual try-on. This policy explains what we collect and how it’s used.
What Aura does You snap a garment and see it on you in Live and/or Photo try-on. The app is built for stores, not online shopping catalogs.
Information we use
Photos you take or choose: avatar, garments, and try-on results stored on your device
On-device balances: Live time, Photo credits, subscription status from Apple
Basic app operation data needed to run features (for example, whether an avatar is set)
How try-on works (third parties)
Still images (Photo try-on and avatar prep) may be sent to OpenAI to generate the result
Live try-on video may be processed by Decart
We use these providers only to deliver the feature you asked for
Purchases Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We don’t receive your full card number.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information
Aura is for everyday clothing try-on — not adult or NSFW use
Your choices You can change or remove your avatar and garments in the app. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app removes on-device data we store locally (some limits may remain in Keychain on the same device).
